We ship to all countries worldwide. Please note that delivery times and potential import duties may vary depending on your location.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Business Days: Monday through Friday
Daily Cut-off: 5:00 PM GTM (Washington)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Once processed, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 9 business days, depending on your location. These are estimated timeframes — delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Issues With Your Order
Damaged Delivery
Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.nuvarun@gmail.com. If possible, include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Lost Shipment
If your package appears to be lost, let us know immediately. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement shipment.
