Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Herbies, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on 30% of your order value if you are not satisfied with the effects.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

Timing
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be approved, regardless of circumstances.

What's Covered
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Required
We require you to return the product in order to receive a refund. All returns need to be sent to our location in Poland, shipping costs of the return shipment are covered by the customer. We are not responsible when a packages get lost in transit during return shipment.

What's Not Eligible

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period has ended. Subscription renewals or recurring charges that were processed after the initial 30-day window. Orders that have already been fulfilled once the 30-day period has passed. Any requests that fall outside the terms stated in this policy.

We apply this policy consistently and do not make exceptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

Subscriptions

If your purchase includes a subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling it within the 30-day guarantee period. Any subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.

Please review your subscription settings and make any desired changes before your next billing date. Failure to cancel or modify your subscription before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
